Apply Description Job Summary: The BESS Project Scheduler is responsible for developing, maintaining, and analyzing detailed project schedules for Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects. This role plays a critical part in ensuring projects are delivered on time by providing accurate schedule forecasts, identifying risks, and supporting project teams with data-driven insights across engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and energization phases. What the role involves

• Develop and maintain integrated project schedules for BESS projects from NTP through COD
• Build schedules covering engineering, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, civil, electrical, installation, commissioning, and grid interconnection
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Construction Managers, OEMs, and subcontractors to validate logic, durations, and sequencing
• Perform critical path analysis, float analysis, and schedule risk assessments
• Track project progress and update schedules using actuals, forecasts, and recovery plans
• Identify schedule impacts related to procurement delays, permitting, weather, interconnection, or change orders
