Leverage Live Local prepares and manages Florida Live Local Act property tax exemptions for multifamily owners. We represent more than 90 properties and about 30,000 units. What the role involves

• Every exemption application submitted correctly and on time, every cycle
• Decision tracking by the statutory deadline, logged in the system of record
• Denials and appeals, every one, with deadlines met
• The annual recertification and compliance cadence
• The operations team: SLAs, data hygiene, accountability
• One shared source of truth for the team, the software, and our clients
