What the role involves

• Drive the roadmap for a zero-to-one AI initiative to improve care decisions in oncology
• Prototype, test, and ship AI powered products with engineering and other teams cross functionally
• Build the workflow tooling and decision support surfaces clinicians and care teams need to act on AI recommendations
• Own the evaluations, guardrails, and observability standards to ensure recommendations are accurate, safe, and trusted across, auditable, and defensible to clinical, provider, and health-plan stakeholders
• Partner with engineering to shape the technical architecture around AI systems, data models, and integrations
• Communicate tradeoffs and profess clearly to senior clinical, engineering, and business stakeholders
